The summary matrix shows the share of each GNI tier’s respondents offering a channel in 2024; row labels carry the tier’s respondent count and column headers the share across all reporting jurisdictions. In-person registration remains near-universal in every tier, while online and mail/post availability climb with income level.
In the jurisdiction matrix a coloured cell marks a channel the jurisdiction offers. Cells are shaded by the selected scope’s adoption rate for that channel (the percentages under the column headers), so widely-offered channels form darker vertical bands while ‘No’ cells sit at the light-grey floor. Jurisdictions are ordered by the number of channels offered, then alphabetically. Channels a jurisdiction did not answer are counted as not offered and shown as ‘No’.
